District Vision
The vision of the Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley School District is to create a community of life-long learners by providing an atmosphere of enthusiasm, excellence, and respect.

Elementary School

The mission of the GCMS Elementary School, in cooperation with parents and community, is to develop empowered, lifelong learners who have high academic and interpersonal skills that are necessary for future success.

Middle School

The mission of the GCMS Middle School is to create an environment of mutual respect and responsibility where individuals are inspired to reach their fullest potential.

High School

The mission of Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley High School is to commit all available resources to the enhancement of educational opportunities in order to maximize student potential for life-long learning in a positive environment.
